AQUAFRISCH has a criminal compliance unit, which supervises and promotes the ethical behaviour of employees and monitors compliance with current legislation.

The code of ethics, in force since January 2021, contains the principles and rules of conduct of AQUAFRISCH by which its members must abide in the development of their professional activities, thus constituting a basic pillar of the company’s compliance programme.

The purpose of this code is to establish the principles and values that should govern the actions of the company and all its employees in order to ensure ethical and responsible behaviour in the professional performance of their activity, while also reflecting the company’s commitment to the principles of business ethics and transparency.

The purpose of the complaint Channel is to receive and deal with reports of irregularities or breaches of regulations committed by employees, members, associates and even third parties such as suppliers and contractors, with confidential communication between the whistleblower and the company.

Scope of application

The report shall be made through the company’s website, by filling in the corresponding section for this purpose. Once the case has been completed and presented, the information will be sent to the department responsible for the Whistleblowing Channel managed by the AQUAFRISCH HR Director.

Content of the complaint

The reports received must contain the necessary data to be able to carry out the analysis of the facts reported, complying with the following requirements as a minimum:

  • Identification with name and surname and ID number.
  • Clear and detailed statement of the facts or arguments supporting the complaint.
  • Person or group against whom the complaint is directed.
  • The time at which the event occurred or has been occurring.
  • Provide, if deemed necessary, documents, files or other information considered relevant for the evaluation and resolution of the complaint.
