The Argentine President Mr. Mauricio Macri accompanied by officials of the Ministry of Transportation of the Nation and the city of Buenos Aires, attended on Saturday July 13 to the inauguration of the railway workshop Tolosa, Roca line, in La Plata, in the region of Buenos Aires. The workshop, which had been closed for almost 20 years, reopened its doors, counting this time with world-class technology, where the maintenance and repair of up to 30 trains at the same time of the La Roca line will be carried out.
Among the improvements that have taken place in the workshop of Tolosa, include the new Automatic Washing Tunnel, designed, manufactured and installed entirely by the Spanish company Aquafrisch Sl, and functioning as could be seen at the inauguration chaired by President Macri in optimal state. It is a fixed installation, designed to wash trains one direction, being able to operate both in automatic and manual mode and in which different wash programs can be selected according to need.
From Aquafrisch we appreciate the confidence placed in us and we are pleased to have been part of this great project that has been an important boost for the Argentine railway sector.
